Open Question: is the Intel Quad Core Extreme QX9650 processor 64-bit?

Bit of a basic question... but couldnt find any reviews that said. Have just ordered a pc from pcspecialist.co.uk with that processor and vista 64. Dont know much about this 64 bit stuff.... will games like C&C generals, crysis, halo2, GOW all run on vista 64???? thanks in advance
